What we collect
Your name, email address, profile photo (if you sign in with Google), learning progress, class bookings, and messages you send us. We do not collect payment card details on this site.
How we use it
To provide the courses and live classes you sign up for, track your progress, send transactional emails (bookings, reminders, password resets), and respond to enquiries.
Where it is stored
Data is stored on servers we control in the European Union and protected with encryption in transit and at rest. Video classes run on our own infrastructure and are not recorded unless the tutor announces it.
Your rights
You can export or delete your account data at any time from Settings, or by emailing info@flexifrench.co.ke. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising trackers.
